Under the terms of the EFM® Case Armour 2 Year Warranty, general wear and tear from excessive removal or daily use of an EFM Case Armour is not considered a manufacturing fault, nor is discolouring of the EFM® product. There is no guarantee an EFM case Armour will provide 100% protection, 100% of the time in ALL circumstances. ĭ3O impact protection material is infused within the bumper of the Case Armour, offering high protection against knocks and drops to the corners.

The manufacturer’s warranty for this product does not cover damage of any nature caused from incorrect applications of the EFM Screen Armour, including but not limited to air pockets forming and/or loss of adhesion to the device’s screen from multiple application efforts, or failing to clean the device appropriately prior to the application of the EFM Screen Armour to the device. In such circumstances, this will not be classified as a manufacturing fault. If your EFM Screen Armour cracks on impact, that means it has done its best to protect your device’s screen.

The customer is responsible for any transportation and postage costs. EFM will repair or replace any product which is defective in materials or workmanship at no charge to the customer (for parts or labour).
